The Flood Control District of Maricopa County, in partnership with the City of Scottsdale and City of Phoenix, is conducting two flood hazard studies in the northeastern part of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Pinnacle Peak West Area Drainage Master Study:
The Flood Control District is conducting the Pinnacle Peak West Area Drainage Master Study (ADMS) to determine what flooding hazards exist in a 95-square-mile area including north Scottsdale, northeast Phoenix and unincorporated Maricopa County.
Pinnacle Peak South Area Drainage Master Study:
The City of Scottsdale, in partnership with the Flood Control District, is conducting the Pinnacle Peak South Area Drainage Master Study (ADMS) to look at current drainage conditions in a 45-square-mile area of north Scottsdale.
